Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Start a Return

After your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with:

  • The return instructions
  • The appropriate return address

Please note:
Depending on your location, the return address may be in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Hong Kong.

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 


Return Process

  1. Contact us to request a return
  2. Receive return instructions and address
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately at support@tibetjewels.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before making a return request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return your original item
  2. Place a new order after your return is approved

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 3-5 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund
